Have You Read The Story Of Nadia Murad?

Dearest Darling Friends,

Here is the story of Nadia. Get ready for a range of emotions as you read this story.

The slave market opened at night. We heard commotion downstairs where the militants were. When the first man entered our dinghy room we started screaming. Our screams sounded like explosions. We moaned, wailed, invoked the name of Allah, but nothing stopped the militants. Forget about stopping, they did not even slow down.
They paced around, their eyes piercing our clothes, while we screamed and attempted to hide behind each other. Then they gravitated towards the most beautiful girls examining their hair and mouths.
‘They’re virgins, right?’ they asked a guard who nodded like a shop-keeper priding in his products.
They touched us anywhere they wanted, running their hands on our breasts and legs, as if we were animals.
“As I lay there crying, a huge monstrous man came in front of me. His name was Salwan. He started kicking me. He then lifted me and……”

19-year-old Nadia Murad was repeatedly raped, tortured, sold and resold for 3 months by ISIS militants.
It took the teenager humongous spunk to escape from her last captor’s house in Mosul on a hot summer night in 2014.
She was given shelter by a kind carpenter’s family who eventually smuggled her out of Iraq with a disguised identity and sent her to Germany in early 2015.
It saw the start of a new life and a crusade against human trafficking.
From Mosul in Iraq to the Peace Nobel in Sweden, her journey has been the most awe-inspiring saga of willpower and courage I’ve ever heard.
May God bless the carpenters who laid their lives on the line to save an abused child. While Nadia is the spoken and recognized heroine of the story, they are the unspoken and unrecognized heroes of the story.
If destiny gives you an opportunity to be a part of this story in retrospect, which role do you see yourself playing? Nadia? The Carpenters? The others girls who suffered but did not have the spunk to fight it out? Those who knew about all this yet did nothing? Difficult to answer isn’t it?
This story has given me sleepless nights. Waiting to see where it leads me to.

With love, prayers and best wishes,
Naren

Imagine, when we wake up, we are given only what we had thanked for.

I Love Her

She suffered from the biggest pain of the world to give me a birth but,
Even after suffering so much pain she was happy for my birth instead of her pain.
Sometimes she went to bed hungry but,
She always feeds me more than my need.
If I get a fever then she never leaves me alone but,
I don’t remember the last time that when her health was spoiled.
She is my MOM & I LOVE HER.
She did most fight with me but,
She loves me more than her life.
She complains about my mischief to my dad but,
She locked my all secrets in the treasury of her heart.
Our choices are similar so that she wants her share in all things but,
Often without asking she give me things I needed.
She is my SISTER & I LOVE HER.

After completing many years of my life, she came but,
She is only who understand my dreams.
In happiness, she stands with me but,
In grief, she always stands before me.
Sometimes she gets annoyed, sometimes the displeasure creates a fight between us but,
After all those fights she hugs me tight and kisses my lips.
She is my WIFE & I LOVE HER
At age, she is too small to me but,
Sometimes she gives me life-changing advice.
Sometimes I got anger due to her mistakes but,
Then I am the only one who tries to bring her smile back on her face.
I want to make her independent to fly in this world like a bird but,
At the same time, I am afraid of her safety.
She is my DAUGHTER & I LOVE HER.
They are my Life and I LOVE THEM…..

I can proudly say that I am Indian and I love my country but...

Hey, I am Abhijeet Mehta, a responsible citizen of India.
India which is the most ancient country.
India which has the oldest cultural background.
The India where many civilizations came and grew their civilizations.
India which has the largest number of youth.
India which gives the youngest and greatest leaders in the world.
India which is the world's only country believing in all religions as equal and that's why we have more than seven religions and twenty-two different languages.
India which has ancient universities.
India which has the largest number of youth and they are in top positions in their work.
India which has the fastest economic growth in the world.
India which gives the base to science and medical sector.
That's why I can proudly say that I am Indian and I love my country.

But regret takes the position of proud when I see the facts and figures regarding poverty, corruption, civil war, social inequality, women and child harassment and so on.
These all are very small issues but its impact is very high.

The root of all problems is within us. We partially accept all phenomena from different cultures and merge it with ours.
Our celebrities are busy making their fan clubs,
Our politicians are busy expanding their political careers,
Our business houses are busy in growing their businesses,
Our less paid government officers are busy in earning more money resorting to corruption,
Our youth is busy in acquiring top position,
And to get these things done we are spoiling our society.
No one is interested in change, everyone is interested in growth.
The 21st century is the time of collaborations but here we are repeating the same mistakes which are done by our earlier kings. They also wanted to expand their region and that's why The East India Company succeeded to rule on us for 200 years.
But I think now it's time to speak up, now it's a time to come out of rival politics, now it's time to raise our actions against Maoist and Naxalites, now it's a time to raise the action against social inequality, now it's time to go back to our roots, our roots which are in our scriptures,
now it's a time to make India better.
No one can guide someone but everyone can help each other.
Forget about your positions, your self-esteem, your dignity and start working on ground level.
because
"The change comes from the work, which is done at ground level."
I am starting today; join me if you want because together we can do more.
