Thoughts for the day - 21/11/2017

  • Aim for Success, not perfection. Never give up your right to be wrong, because then you will lose the ability to learn new things and move forward with your life. - Dr. David M. Burns
  • Insanity is doing the same thing, over and over, but expecting different results. - Albert Einstein
  • Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up. -Thomas Edison
  • Most great people have attained their greatest success just one step beyond their greatest failures. - Napoleon Hill
The conclusion of all above quotes is, we have to work beyond our failure to get success. Mostly, after few small failures, we came to believe that we can't do it. That's not true. If we believe that something can be done, it will be; but we have to put all our efforts behind it. Focus only on your target, same as Arjuna from Mahabharata. He sees his target only, nothing else and that's why he was a great archer. Same way if we want to be successful in something, we have to focus, then we need to work hard in that direction. In any circumstances, we need not panic or change our path of working due to unfavorable results. Instead, we need to think about unfavorable results and try to rectify it. Never fear of being wrong or asking wrong questions. We have a right to be wrong and then make it right. Isn't it?
